Hi! My name is Pamela and I build private beachfront houses in the Philippines. My goal is to provide solution to those who are relocating, retiring or returning home to the Philippines. 'Build and Sell' has become my passion. I and my small team are committed to providing high-quality homes that are enjoyable, safe, secure and comfortable, ensuring that you have everything you need for a happy and fulfilling life in the Philippines. I am not a developer or a contractor, I build on my own private property and sell after.

I started venturing in this business when I newly got married in 2018. I and my husband (who is a German citizen) are both Civil Engineers by profession and have been exposed to the international and local construction industry. For many years my husband has been working as a structural engineer of high rise buildings and other complex projects in other parts of the world while I was working locally and abroad as Quality Manager. I have a small team and have partnered with other reputable subcontractors, designers and suppliers. I personally manage the projects and my husband works alongside me as my consultant, especially in regards to the structural aspect of the construction.

OUR TEAM

I manage a small group of highly skilled workers, each of whom specializes in a particular skill. This allows me to closely monitor their work and ensure that everything is being done according to design and applicable standard.

When I am not around, my foreman assumes the role during operation while our partner Architect & Engineer oversee their respective works. However, I maintain a watchful eye on my team's progress on a daily basis, regardless of my physical presence.

At times I require additional laborers specially during a concrete pour, then I am able to call on a larger team of workers for short-term or contract-based work. This approach has proven to be highly effective, as it allows me to have flexibility and enough manpower I need to get the job done efficiently and effectively.
